Smooth hangboard

My favourite hangboard to warm up! The smooth designed edges make holding a little more difficult compared to other models, but they prepare the fingers much better for the real work. Use it for four/three/two or even one finger, pinch it… 20mm/15mm… it‘s simply perfect!

This is the perfect training tool. You have portable board with which you can train every grip position, from crimping, to monos, to many types of pinch grips. Because of the smooth edge it doesn't load your fingers aggressively
and you can use it for warm up at the crag or in your daily training routine.
