This is the perfect training tool. You have portable board with which you can train every grip position, from crimping, to monos, to many types of pinch grips. Because of the smooth edge it doesn't load your fingers aggressively
and you can use it for warm up at the crag or in your daily training routine.

I ordered Smooth hangboard because its small, perfect for when I travel, looks sharp, and love the simple wood.
