Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or a defective product).

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

If you would like to exchange a product (for example, for a different size, wood type, or bristle style), please contact us first to confirm availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used brushes or items damaged due to misuse
  • Custom or personalized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to an error on our part.
